My stay at Grand Hotel Bucharest had its highs and lows. While the location is fantastic and the staff was generally friendly, I faced several notable issues during my visit. The air conditioning in my room was hardly effective, and I encountered problems with the keycard system. However, the excellent service recovery from the front desk manager and the wonderful breakfast offerings made a positive difference in my overall experience.
