My stay at Grand Hotel Bucharest had its highs and lows. While the location is fantastic and the staff was generally friendly, I faced several notable issues during my visit. The air conditioning in my room was hardly effective, and I encountered problems with the keycard system. However, the excellent service recovery from the front desk manager and the wonderful breakfast offerings made a positive difference in my overall experience.

The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views of the city, but they can be a bit dated. I had a room with a balcony, which was a nice feature, but I did notice some wear and tear in the furnishings.

While the indoor pool and gym facilities are a plus, I did encounter issues with the keycard system, which was frustrating now and then. The top-floor spa area offered great views, but some amenities were out of service.

However, I did notice some issues with room maintenance and the overall upkeep of certain facilities, which was a bit disappointing for a five-star hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Bucharest, appreciating the great central location and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated and could use some upgrades. The breakfast spread was excellent, but the slow service at the sky bar left something to be desired. Overall, a decent choice, but options nearby may offer better value. 🌟
